A: Yes, everything you see on the site is 100% my creation.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: It depends. All orders ship from Portland, OR; the closer to Portland, the faster it will arrive. Regardless, most orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Q: Which shipping carrier(s) do you use?
A: FedEx and UPS
Q: When must I place an order to ensure it arrives by Christmas day, Dec. 25th?
A: All orders must be placed by Sunday, December 16 to ensure delivery by Christmas day! Please email Orderly Chaos regarding any rush delivery prior to placing an order.
Q: My order arrived chipped, broken, bent, etc. Do you offer refunds?
A: For damaged, one-of-a-kind items, a full refund will be issued. For damaged items that are replaceable (ex: poster prints, cards, etc.), you'll be offered the choice of a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please email shoporderlychaos@gmail.com for any refund/replacement inquiries.
Q: Do you take commissions?
